My wife and I had the pleaure of meeting Tom Morse when we began our seach for a rach in Colorado. Tom widertood our nee and expectations right from the sta, so he didn't waste a miute of our time lookig at properties that didn't meet those need and expectations. Our association with Legacy Realty has been everything it should be and more. We had a small 20 acre ranch property that was lovely but a bit unusual in that it was located in a subdivision of 3 to 35 acre properties, ours being the only one which had horse facilities, a barn, an arena, etc. and horses on site. We had neighbors who loved our horses but there were no other properties like ours nearby. Pricing was difficult, and realty in Durango was reflective of other resort communities. Tom, Linda and Zach came over with a professional photographer and put together a beautiful brochure. Legacy advertised in the local Homes and Land Magazine, along with other ads, and also created a very nice ad with a large layout online in their website. We couldn’t have asked for more. Realtors who are willing and able to spend part of the commission they will receive on this much advertising are rare and we truly appreciated it, as our home did not sell right away but Legacy was willing to continue their advertising campaign. There was also a very nice sign with a large photo of the whole property professionally placed at the entrance. We at times discussed pricing with Tom and he helped us through all of this, encouraging patience rather than lowering the price too far. We were pleased with the price we received for the home, and would recommend Legacy highly.

Tom Morse from Legacy Properties approached us several years ago when he knew that our property listing had expired.
